Dr. Andrea Regan
Andrea Regan Dr. Andrea Regan joined the staff of the Charlotte Family Health Center in 2008, bringing special interests in women’s health and adolescent medicine as well as wide-ranging skills in all aspects of primary care.

Dr. Regan is a graduate of Champlain Valley Union High School, St. Lawrence University, and the University of Vermont College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Fletcher Allen Healthcare.

Dr. Regan is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is on the board of the Vermont Chapter of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Vermont Immunization Advisory Committee.

Her interests include hiking, skiing, and boating. She is a native of Hinesburg and currently resides there.

Dr. Gordon Gieg
Gordon Gieg Dr. Gordon Gieg, a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine, joined the Charlotte Family Health Center in June, 2012.

Dr. Gieg completed his Family Medicine residency in Saskatchewan and is a member of the Canadian College of Family Physicians. A strong advocate of treating the whole person, he has been practicing medicine since 1990. Before coming to the Health Center, he worked in Massachusetts and Vermont for nine years.

Dr. Gieg lives in Charlotte with his wife and two young children. He enjoys hiking, bicycling, and most outdoor activities, and is very interested environmental issues and sustainable lifestyle choices. Currently most of his spare time is happily devoted to home and family life.

Patrick Kearney
Patrick Kearney Patrick Kearney, MS,PA-C Patrick is an experienced provider of primary care for adults and older children. He was born and raised in Ireland and completed his pre-med training at University College in Dublin. He went on to study at the British School of Osteopathy in London, England, during which time he became a Clinical Services Provider at Saint Martins in the Field. After obtaining his BS, Patrick moved to the U.S. and received a Masters degree of Health Science from Drexel University in 2005.

He met his wife while in Philadelphia and moved to Vermont in 2006 so his two children would be near their grandparents. Mr. Kearney has worked at Evergreen Family Health since 2011 and will be transitioning to Charlotte Family Health Center which is closer to his home in Shelburne.

Elizabeth Afanasyev
Elizabeth Afanasyev Elizabeth Afanasyev, PA-C joined the staff of Charlotte Family Health Center as a Physician Assistant. Her special interests include women's health, preventative medicine, and pediatric population.

Elizabeth completed her undergraduate degree in Medical Laboratory Science at the University of Vermont. She completed her MS in Physician Assistant Studies at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois.

Elizabeth is certified by the NCCPA and is a member of the NCCPA and Vermont PA Association.

Elizabeth is a originally from Franklin County and currently resides in South Burlington with her husband and young daughter. Her interests include traveling and spending time with family.
